SOLA is Celebrating Female Loneliness

SOLA originates in the idea of looking at time spent alone with sentimentality and nostalgia as apposed to perceiving aloneness as boredom, being unaccomplished and isolated. I’ve noticed a shift where women seem to be alone for longer, focusing on career moves and self care over long lasting relationships, but I am yet to see this reflected in the goals we are setting ourselves and the milestones we are celebrating.
