Owen Thiele has many accolades to his name: acclaimed podcast host, star of FX’s Adults, and now, Non Threatening Boys* cover star. We caught up with him on set to talk about a couple of his current faves, and because we love our Dollhouse members, we also asked him some extra questions in our interview with him too, just for you guys.

What TV show changed your life?
Honestly, America’s Got Talent. I didn’t know America had talent! Wow, you guys can do a lot. Like things with your head, and things with your arms. Keep doing that!

What are you listening to right now?
“Jump to the Rhythm” by Jordan Pruitt. I can’t stop listening. There’s something in that song Miss Pruitt.
What's the best thing you've ever got for free?
I think everyone gets this for free, but, like, watching Hailey Bieber do her makeup is, I think, the greatest tip that anyone could ever get. And it's on TikTok. So go find that. Yeah, it's out there. She's doing it. She's doing it on that all the time.
What are awards shows actually like?
Really awkward. Really strange. And I hope I'm invited back after saying this, but wow, you do have to get drunk. Yeah. Rachel Sennott and I presented at the Gotham Awards, and we were the last people to present. We were the last category, and by that time, we're both drunk. So we go up and we're like, “Fuck it.” It was so much fun. I don't think I'll ever be invited back though.
What song do you put on when you're getting ready to go out?
Probably “Silver Jubilee” by Audrey Hobert. Blast that shit. Blast it.
What TV show do you fucking hate?
Such a good question. Okay, I'm gonna be honest with you. And everyone's gonna come for me. Are you ready? Yeah. The Bachelor. I can't get into it. I genuinely can't get into it. All of these really hot women. And it's just a guy. one average man? Who, by the way, I would, of course, fuck. But I'm just wondering what's going on.
