‘Between the Sheets’ is a photographic deep-dive into the uncharted wilds of girlhood’s most chaotic ecosystem: the bed. This series documents the mysterious, messy landscapes that form when sleep, snack-time, emotional breakdowns and three outfit changes collide.

Part anthropological study, part forensic investigation, each image captures a small universe of forgotten, each image captures a small universe of forgotten romance novels, day of the week underwear, Labubus, rogue vibrators, journals half filled with existential dread, and at least one mysterious object that no one – including the subject – can identify. These cluttered microcosms reflect the lives of their owners more honestly than any curated living room ever could.
